Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@recreate.pt. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at info@recreate.pt
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability, and since each piece is unique, it can only be replaced with a similar piece in color and of the same model.
Within the 6-month warranty, ReCreate can repair any purchased item if an original component has been damaged, provided there is no misuse, in the following situations:
– Snaps and/or hardware have come off;
– Seams have come undone;
– Elements that have come loose.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
