All ReCreate pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from Lisbon, Portugal.

As each item is unique and handled individually, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when applicable.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Portugal
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Whenever possible, ReCreate uses reused or recyclable packaging materials as part of its ongoing commitment to thoughtful material use and reduced waste.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

ReCreate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@recreate.pt and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping costs for resending.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@recreate.pt, including photos of the packaging and product when possible.
